The xylophone arrived in the time expected, a little disappointment in the packaging, no instructions and some of the keys on the xylophone were very loose and the others needed loosening.

As a small and independent company we are unable to benefit from the economies of scale and buying power available to large retailers. Our shipping fees to Northern Ireland and the Highlands and Islands of Scotland reflect those charged to us by our courier. Unfortunately this customer's parcel fell into the category of orders that which incur higher delivery charges. We do not profit from these charges. A standard Parcelforce charge of £4.99 is not available to us. Rob Schofield
