Product seems good so far. We got 2 seats supplied though, when we only wanted one, so there was clearly some confusion in the ordering process, which could have been our end or theirs.

I have called several times, there team is very Knowledgeable of the products they sell and the installation of the zip line. I would highly recommend zip line gear. Also shipping was very quick!
