nice website - easy to use. I would have liked an e-mail saying they had received my return rather than just crediting my card

Thank you for your feedback, this style has come up very small this year which is an issue we are working with our supplier on. We have specifically noted on the website that these are both small and narrow fitting, and advised customers to go up at least 1 size when ordering these.
