Very sorry to hear that your bin arrived with one of the buckets broken. Theses items are sealed at the factory and then shipped to our warehouse where they are then despatched via courier. We are not sure where the damage occurred - in manufacture or transit but will seek to identify where it might have occurred once returned. The Hailo recyclers are one of our most popular products and covered by a 5 year warranty and its quite rare for one to arrive in less than perfect condition. We have arranged to collect the damaged bin and have offered a replacement, an alternative product or a refund and see that you have opted for the latter.
