I'm sorry that you've had to raise concerns about our service.

We offer the wait time indicators for games to aid customers in making decisions about there rental list and to offer a guide as to how long their wait may be. These wait times on popular new release games can be subject to change daily due to stock being returned and customers waiting for the game.

We review these wait times daily and this aids us in making decision of how to shorten wait times and ultimatly if we need to obtain more stock to bring down wait time.

Customers are reward with payback points for any wait they have had. These points can be used for extra rentals, discount from purchases or saved for free rental month.

I've reviewed your account and can see we despatched Mirror's Edge the same day as your previous rental came back.We do always advise 1-3 days for delivery as we use Royal Mail 1st class. Have you now received Mirror's edge?

Thanks for your feedback, I'm sorry to hear your card details were compromised.

In February 2015 we changed our payment platform and moved all card datastorage to Sage Pay.

Sagepay are a Level 1 Compliant Payment Provider and so when details are heldby them, they are as secure as possible. We hold the last 4 digits only, andexpiry date for your card, for website administration, which is standardpractice.

This new platform and the additional security monitoring we have implemented,are part of our commitment to make renting and purchasing from Boomerang assecure as it possibly can be.

After this change our site and security was reviewed by a third party PCI QSA Companywho has certified us as PCI compliant.

Since this event at the start of 2015 we've had no other security concerns.
