I'm sorry to hear of your issues that you hadregarding your Username information. I've sent you a personal email in relationto this to discuss your concerns.

We do stock all of our titles to demand and as you've correctly stated popular new release titles can sometimes have a longer wait. This is why we offer the wait time indicators to aid customers in planning their rental list and reward payback points for days waiting for a despatch. We do also monitor wait timeson titles daily and always aim to decrease these with additional stock.
