It takes ages to send any new games out, I have emailed them directly before and they say they get games on relevance, well as a paying customer I don't want to hear that, I just want what I am paying

We offer the wait time indicators to aid customers in the decision of which titles to rent and esitmate how long therir wait will be. We review our stock levels and wait times daily and this aids us in getting in further stock to bring wait times down.
We also award payback points for any wait customers have and these points can be used to rent additional games, discount from purchases and saved for free rental months.
I'm sorry if you have faced some delays previously.
