Thank you for your review confirming the overall service was good. I see that there is a list of damaged glass and china that you had packed. The insures do exclude cover for items packed by the owner as they as they are unable to know the quality of the packing and this is clearly stated in their policy summary document, which you received in advance of the move taking place. Any china and glass packed by our packers who have been on BAR packing courses are insured by the insurer. The insurance policy you took out covered any loss or damage for all of the furniture we moved. I am glad to see that there was no damage to these items.
