We appreciate your feedback and apologise for the delays with this order. We have had a look into it for you and can see that there were dangerous goods paperwork issues which caused the goods to miss several flights that were scheduled to take the goods. Upon reaching the destination country there were further delays due to customs issues. Although we did all that we could do to expedite the shipment for you, these issues are unfortunately out of our hands. Regards, Kim.

I'm sorry to hear that your shipment was damaged. I can see that you enquired about our policy on damaged goods to which we replied. We were not aware at the the time that you had received a damaged package. We apologise for the delay. Although the item was supplied free of charge, as we haven't met our usual high standards on this occasion we are investigating what caused this and hope to improve our service in the future.
