I have investigated this and I can see that you initially purchased an item that you deemed unsuitable once it had been received. We were able to source a more suitable alternative for you, but unfortunately the supplier had manufacturing issues with the item. We advised you of this in September, and our dispatch note shows that this revised lead time was accurate. We understand the frustration that this has caused, and we have revised our stock levels to ensure that the product is kept in stock to mitigate any future issues & delays that the manufacturer may have.
