Thank you for taking the time to carry out the feedback. I am very pleased you liked the various blinds choices offered and happy with our pricing.
On completion of the sale we provided you with a installation date which is what we work towards, in addition during the sale also mention if we could install earlier we will contact you advising this. We are a small family business and currently don't have the structure to call every customer and provide general updates at this moment in time, providing a installation date on the day of sale has worked very well, the customer knows exactly when i will return to fit their blinds, however i have taken this feedback on board should further customers request a general update i surely will look into how general updates can be incorporated into the current structure.
I am sorry about the cardboard left, i should have taken away the cardboard however i was really worried about the door closing on me as i know if the wind pulled it closed i would not be able to open it again and would then have to call you from work, whilst rushing to load all my tools trying to keep the door from closing. Again really sorry about this.
