If you are using celadrin cream for arthritis in small or large joints and it is helping most of the time as you describe, you might find additional benefit by taking celadrin capsules as well. The capsules have a greater effect in repairing the joint and hence can give sustainable improvement, particularly when used with the cream which can give rapid relief from pain.
