Cannot tell if the product has enhanced my health yet. Measuring the dose is very difficult because the bottle neck is too narrow. Thankfully I have a 1ml spoon to measure out the 3ml dose suggested.

Either redesign the bottle to be wide necked, give advice on how to measure out the doses., or include a measure that can be used with the bottle as it is. Thank you.
