Wierdly, an order dated 28 February only arrived last week. I am figuring that this was more down to Royal Mail than yourselves, as it hasn't happened before.

that order left us on te day it was ordered. I am sorry it took so long to get to you. We do not have delivery feedback from Royal Mail so would not know this had happened, but please always feel able to call us if an order has not arrived within a few days of order and we can chase for you or send a replacement. If an order is particularly urgent we can always send out by overnight courier service which has tracking facilities. Thank you for your feedback and your custom. Amanda
