The strains in Probiotic Plus are guaranteed to be active throughout the whole GI tract. If a probiotic does not give required results it is most likely that it is the wrong product for that person for a number of different possible reasons. I would like to refund your money on this purchase and also offer you help, advice and free products to address the issue for which you purchased this product. I did not receive my original order as it was never received. I contacted Cytoplan and they sent me a replacement quickly without any hassle .

So sorry you do not like the smell of Foundation formula. We do have a product called Wholefood Multi which is in capsules and is a similar multiformulaton. I am more than happy to send you a free pot of this to try and refund you for the Foundation Formula you do not like.
