Your website is very user friendly but I would like you to include the vat on prices of goods listed and not added on checkout. Delivery times are very good so is the packing for delivery.

Firstly thank you kindly for your custom. We take customer feedback very seriously. No matter where you are or the size of the parcel, all UK orders over the value of £10.00 are processed with a postage and packing charge of only £3.75! Orders under £10.00 and above £3.50 will be charged £3.00 for postage and packing! Orders under £3.50 will be charged £1.50 for postage and packing! As regards to the Royal Mail we apologise for the delay. I have also forwarded your request about the loyalty system to our Manager.
