so about 2mins after I made my remarks, I rec'd a call from emodels to apologise that the wrong product was sent, and they are going to refund my pnp. Now thats pretty good service, thanks

I originally ordered three items from this company but one was unavailable. This was resolved very quickly in a professional manner and I received excellent customer service. The staff at emodels are efficient at contacting you if they ever need to and have been very friendly when I have spoken to them. I would use this website again to purchase models.
