unfortunately, the customer (me) in this case had to wait 48 hours for a shipping rate. It was incorrect (VAT added to international ex-EU shipment). When this brought to their attention, they (Emodel) came back w a corrected statement and told that was corrected on website. When I went to pay, the incorrect amount still showed, so at this point, no confidence in their system or ability. The entire process was cumbersome, inaccurate, and just a bad experience.
