Hello Mike, Firstly thank you for your custom, I am sorry to hear you are displeased with the figures, The scale of the figures set by the manufacturer. As discussed, if you are not happy with the figures, then you can return them for a refund. We have not yet received your returned figures, which is why the refund has not been processed. Once the figures have been retuned we can issue a refund for the goods. Please contact us on sales@emodels.co.uk so we can get this resolved for you.
