Fabulous customer service - they really pull out all the stops to sort out any problems - the call centre is always helpful & friendly too!!!

The company is fantastic but a few niggles with the website - much better when watching the live auctions to have the item number & ring sizes always visible - at the moment you have to click on details to find the item number & click on another button to see ring sizes which after a time gets annoying
