I enjoy buying my jewellery from the Genuine Gemstone company. Their service is excellent, from the friendly presentation on screen to the really helpful call centre staff.

The only comment I would make was when I ordered an item just before 12pm one Evening and another item just minutes after 12 and was told I would have to pay Another postage because it was ordered after 12 . Both items ordered were dispatched on the same day and delivered together. I was not very happy being Charged twice for postage !
