We appreciate any feedback from our customers with regard to both the service and products we offer and I apologise for the experience that you have recently received when calling our Contact Centre in relation to a price promise.
We at Gems TV pride ourselves on going the extra mile for our customers to always try and exceed your expectations and I was saddened to see that on this occasion we failed.
Although true that calls regarding price promises should be made within the hour we will always try to use discretion and a common sense approach when dealing with this issue. Clearly as you have experienced yourself, price promise opportunities aren’t always shown at the most convenient of times. That is why I have backdated the price promise and have added £20 of credit to your account along with free p&p on your next order if you wish to use it at any point.
I would also like to apologise for being quoted terms and conditions over the phone in such a manner as I know from personal experience how that can make you feel. As a family owned and run business we try and keep away from that type of practice and would rather take a more informal and understanding approach.
