I appreciate how important clear and accurate information is for all of our customers with regard to any changes in the goods or services which we offer, and we will always try to clearly inform you of any such changes. We do however realise that this case has been a little different insofar as it moved along rather rapidly which didn’t allow for the time that we would have liked to update you on all of the changes.
As a gem collector it is even more crucial to know when the shows are going to be scheduled so that you have sufficient time to plan ahead to potentially grow your collection further. I have passed your comments onto our show producers as part of continually trying to improve our service.
