Thank you for taking the time to review your recent holiday with us. I’m so sorry that you personally found your Luxuria tour coach to be uncomfortable due to the position of your footrest. Whilst our Luxuria tours are extremely popular and we’ve just welcomed our seventh vehicle into the fleet, we appreciate that everyone has different perceptions of comfort and personal preferences in this area. I do note your comments relating to the overnight hotel in Paris and regret that this was a negative experience for you particularly at breakfast. We do use city style hotels for overnight stopovers and usually our customers receive a warm welcome, your own views and observations will certainly be used to review the hotel standards.
