We are sorry that you are not happy with the clearance chair that you purchased from us, and were disappointed to read your review. As soon as you raised the issue with us, we booked a collection for the following week so that an upholsterer can have a look at the chair and remedy the problem.
We try to ensure we supply quality products but unfortunately from time to time we have problems with new furniture on delivery or issues arise after a period of time. On the occasions this occurs, we deal with the issues and resolve them for our customers as quickly as possible, as we always try to offer good customer service, as we like to have happy customers. As you can see from other reviews, the vast majority are very happy with our products and service.
