Unfortunately, there were delays with your sofa, as the pandemic is having a knock-on effect across the entire industry with shortages of foam and springs. It is unprecedented and we are doing our level best to keep all our customers up to date with deliveries and service. We even loaned your family a sofa, which we delivered and collected, so you were not without anything; it is dis-heartening to think you feel that is bad service.As soon as you raised the issues with your sofa with us, we booked a technician to visit and rectify them. The outcome of the visit was that NO fault was found with your sofa by an independent third party. However, as a gesture of good will we offered replacement cushions free of charge. As we explained above, unfortunately, there are problems across the industry because of material shortages, which has led to the delay in getting these to you.We are not aware that you have issues with the other furniture such as the bed and cabinets; if you do, please can you email us with the details of these issues, and we’ll address them immediately.
