Bad checkin
Check in from iow side very slow and nearly made us miss the ferry and the right sign on the check in hut was out of order not great

I would definitely recommend the ferry experience!
A very smooth professionally run operation. I always enjoy the short journey to Cowes. It is a bonus that the ferry has a dog friendly lounge.
