Each shoe (even within the same brand) will vary in measurements based on how it's designed to fit. Some shoes are intentionally designed to be more fitted while others are designed as a relaxed fit. Due to the nature of online shopping it can be difficult to find the perfect size, whilst we do not offer free returns we will always send exchanges to you on a free delivery service.
