I have looked into this order, and I can see that this was placed on a Friday evening, and the promotion code was applied onto your order early Saturday morning before our phone lines were on, so we are not sure whether there has been some confusion here. It does state on our promotional flyers and emails that discounts are applied manually after point of order.
