Final on screen price did not include discounts. Had to call up and check these would be deducted and then wait for invoice to be sent with shoes.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the ordering process. It does state on our promotional flyers and emails that promotional codes are added manually after point of order, and the confirmation email will not show the final debited charge. When the debited charge takes place, all promotions will be discounted in full. Our It department are currently working to change this in the near future. Kindest Regards, Verity

My sunglasses came packaged with some bubble-wrap. It was just a matter of luck that they came in one piece. You should have at least a carton box for international packages.
