Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you are not pleased with the service our couriers provide. I would like to confirm that a standard delivery within the UK is sent with Hermes, however, our customer service team is always happy to keep you updated on this delivery whilst in transit and a tracking code allows for you to see the progress.
If you would prefer for your goods to be sent with Royal Mail in the future, we do have an expedited delivery service, where a signature is required on arrival. I can confirm that an attempted delivery has been made yesterday, and the courier is our to re-attempt today. We are sorry you have not received your goods as of yet, but you are still within the time frame for these to reach you.
