Thank you for your feedback. As stated you are still within the estimated delivery time for this parcel to be with you. We do have a few options of delivery, with the standard being two to five, to an expedited for next day. We do send our parcels out with Royal Mail for overseas and Hermes within the UK. We do try to accommodate any special instructions within this delivery that the customer may have. Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you were sent the incorrect size, and the size required is no longer available. We do work from a live feed meaning that items can go in and out of stock at all times. We are currently waiting for the return of these goods, and we will be more than happy to look into a suitable alternative for you, but we will be getting this item back into stock in the near future.
