Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you have not heard from our customer service team. An email confirmation is sent upon shipment, however, on this occasion it does not appear to be the case. I have taken this up with our IT Department so they can look into this problem. I can see a standard delivery has been chosen, meaning that five working days needs to be allowed. I can see this would be the 23rd, however there may have been slight delays with our courier service.
If you are not in receipt of this before the weekend, please advise and I will take immediate action.We are certain that you will be delighted with your goods upon receipt.
