We are currently waiting for this to be returned by our courier, as the order had an incorrect shipping address. This return can take 14 working days. As soon as the goods come back, your goods will be sent on an expedited service to the amended address. An email confirmation will be sent to confirm this as soon as your goods leave our warehouse. I have looked into the order, and can see a claims form has been processed which is our standard procedure for lost parcels. As we work from a live feed, items can come in and out of stock at all times. We hope that these issues have been rectified for you at this time, as I can see that your replacements have been sent.
