I am really sorry to hear that the delivery of the parcel has disappointed you. If Hermes is not suitable for you, not to worry we also delivery our expedited parcels with Royal mail. Once you have placed an order and paid for expedited shipping please contact us straight away. We would be happy to ensure that this goes out with royal mail for you instead of Hermes.
We will get this looked into with the courier. We will do everything in our power to prevent this situation from occurring again. I'd like to thank you for bringing this matter to my attention.
