Unfortunately they were let down by their courier company who sent an e mail to say they couldn't deliver. This was strange as there is 24 hour security and they didn't drop off a card as they sugges

Delivery speed was excellent. The website was unable to process my payment online which was inconvenient, but this was resolved quickly by phone operator.
