Hello Catherine, thank you for your time and feedback. I'm very disappointing to hear of your unpleasant stay at Villa Malika and I'll pass your comments over to the property owner. Unfortunately we didn't hear from you, during your stay at the villa, and so I don't understand why you are rating us so badly if we did not have the chance to be of help. Hopefully, you will consider exploring more of Sicily in one of our other villas at another time. Thanks again for your time.

Thanks for your comments. Villa Malika is a brand new property for Wish Sicily and so this sort of feedback is invaluable. 

We’re really disappointed that you didn’t find the property up to scratch but are glad you enjoyed the villa’s magnificent outside space and local area. 

We have passed on your comments to the owner of Villa Malika with our own recommendations to provide a welcome hamper to all guests and to upgrade the kitchen equipment and basic provisions to the level expected at any of the properties we represent. She has advised that bedding will be replaced by the end of September. We have also upgraded the property directions to assist future guests.
