Making customers use a 0845 number to ring is a liberty and just adds to the cost of insurance, this is just another way to make money. You want my business make it a 0800 line!!!!!!

I do think that some no-claims bonus could be included in the insurance, given that my 3 other car insurances have dropped this year, one by £100, I think you have the ability to do this.
