The Claims team have targets to meet in regards to acknowledging receipt of your claim, and they are also expected to process your claim in a timely manner, but this isn't an an instant process. If you urgently need to contact the Emergency Assistance team , they are available 24/7 to offer support and advice, but if you're making a claim, the best advice is to follow the guidance in the policy wording that is emailed to you when you buy your policy, but we're happy to provide guidance with this, where necessary.
