Sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the additional cost to pay in respect of you pre-existing medical condition and the treatment that you receive. This cost is calculated after taking into account all of the factors relating to this, and it isn't something that we have a direct influence over.

Our Emergency Assistance line is available to our policy-holders at all times whilst they are away from the UK, and whilst there are times that it is busy with incoming calls, it is always disappointing to hear that you had problems getting answered. We have contacted our Underwriter's Claims team in relation to the issues that you have raised, and we have attempted to call you to discuss this matter further.
