Many thanks for persevering with speaking to our Underwriter's  medical screening team. Unfortunately call wait times to get through to them have been excessively long at times, and we apologise to you and everyone who has been inconvenienced by this. They have acknowledged the problem, and are putting measures in place to address this issue, but I know it must have been very frustrating.
