I am so sorry you are disappointed with the delivery time of your order. You selected our free UK delivery srvice for this order which is great value but not time specific. On checking the tracking information for your order I can see this was delivered within three days of despatch. We do advise 2 - 3 working days for our free delivery service so this is within the time frame we offer. We do also offer a next day delivery service which you may choose to use if delivery is needed any sooner. Regards Philip
