Thank you for your feedback. There were delays on these cleaners in customs and delivery unfortunately this was out of our control. I have looked back on your order and have noticed there was communication from our Online Team advising delays via email, but we can appreciate your frustration and would like to apologies for the delay.

I literally have emails from your company saying “they have just come in and will be delivered tomorrow” two weeks after I was still waiting and when I rang up I was told they still hadn’t arrived. Yes there were delays at first but then dodgy excuses to cover up these miscommunications.

First of all it took over a month to get delivered…It gets stuck in my deep end and can’t get out so I keep having to move it. Doesn’t seem to pick up dirt first go, it has to go over it multiple time

If you aren't satisfied with the product, please contact our Warranty Department which can arrange a return label for the item at no charge to you.
