The new MX6 was missing 2 of the 10 hose lengths from the box. I called up and the first person I spoke to was helpful who advised to send an email with all the relevant info. This was completed on the day but after receiving no feedback (email or phone) after 7 days I called the shop. This was a different person and was told that it would be looked after. After another 7 days without an email or phone call, I chased the shop up again (via email). No updates were received and the item arrived 2 days later. I advised the shop via email that the missing items have been received and no further chasing up was required on any of my previous communications.
