I am sorry that you are disappointed with the Thermaswim Toddler Suit. Please can you try and give me some more information regarding how the item was washed and dried and if you have previously used any other of our products for example the Shorty Wetsuit or UV Sun and Sea wetsuit which are warmer products and go up to age 4-6. Any further information you have would be very helpful so that we could get this investigated.
