Hi Keri, Your order was processed on 8th February and despatched on an economy postal service (shipping on 9th Feb with delivery estimate of 11th Feb), chosen at checkout - This is despatched with Royal Mail 2nd class. Royal Mail aim to deliver the majority of 2nd class post within 48 hours but unfortunately there are occasions where items are lost or delayed in the post. As this is an untracked service we were unable to class an item as ‘lost’ (rather than ‘delayed’) until 19th Feb. At this stage we attempted to reship your order but unfortunately had to advise that the product required had sold out. You were offered an alternative product with our apologies but requested a refund instead –this was processed immediately. I’m sorry you feel you did not receive an acceptable service from us on this occasion – We have made several attempts to contact you via phone and email but without response.
