Hi Ian, I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with the service received. As this product was a discontinued product there was only limited stock available in the sale section on our website. Unfortunately an order was made for this product minutes before your order and the system did not have time to sync and update the stock before your order went through. We are really sorry this happened and are working on a way to stop this happening again. An alternative was offered for the Happy Nappy Wetsuit which was full price when this was declined we refunded you instantly. Sorry for the inconvenience caused by this.
