Hi Charlotte, Thank you for your feedback. Next Day Delivery selection for orders placed before 12 noon, will guarantee delivery on the next working day (this includes any day except Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays). Unfortunately, your order was not placed until 19.17 on Thursday 30th December. Your order was dispatched the following morning, however due to the bank holidays surrounding New Year, the next working day (and therefore the date of delivery) was Monday 4th January. I am sorry you were disappointed by this but hope you understand that your order was dispatched in accordance with the promises made on the website. Kind Regards Splash About Customer Services
