Quick delivery, easy to order, but I ordered the wrong suit accidentally and although I enquires about changing, they didn't help me change. I had to send it back when it arrived, and rebuy it.

Good afternoon, I'm sorry to hear you weren't satisfied with the service received but delighted that you love the Warm in One Pink Candy Stripe. We pride ourselves on being able to ship orders within a very short time frame and although this means customers receive their orders quickly, it does mean a very short opportunity for us to make amendments to an order that has been confirmed and landed with the warehouse. Your order placed on the evening of 20th September and left the warehouse with Royal Mail at 12.45pm on 21st September. The emailed request to change the order was sent at 2.01pm and we were therefore unable to amend the order on this occasion. We do ask customers to check order carefully before confirming, though we will ALWAYS try and accommodate any request for changes if we can. Kind regards, Splash About Customer Services
