Good customer service (they very kindly allowed me to return something beyond their returns period. However the baby wrap wetsuit rubbed my son's neck quite badly.

Website works well, lovely item, not sure on sizing. I spent a lot of money getting this and although my baby is 6m old I don't think she has many more wears out of it.
